Oculus Rebuild

Problem: Current Build for PC and needs rebuilding for Oculus (Gear VR) Android. 
Issue: Obsolete packages and inefficient assets created in the experimental stage of learning unity is affecting the transfer to new platform (getting the app onto the headset is a tricky process with a good build!) 
Attempted Solutions : 
1) Installing Oculus VR from the Oculus Website on to existing project
2) Writing VR Player Control Manager from a Youtube video as a test 
3) Following Android and Oculus development instructions on Oculus and Unity    
4) Downloading Oculus Integration Package from Unity.
5) Exporting Prefab Models to Desktop to import to a clean build.

Export Wheels_NEW_37_Assets as Prefabs
